David M. Elias serves as Co-President of DME Capital and is President of DME Securities, a broker-dealer and Member of the New York Stock Exchange and FINRA.
Mr. Elias is currently Co-President and Portfolio Manager at DME Capital, focusing on special situation and value growth oriented micro-cap public and private companies. During his tenure, DME Securities grew into a premiere broker-dealer on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and handled trades for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. Clients included investment banks, hedge funds, brokerage houses, as well as working with and along side traders, brokers and specialists on the floor of the NYSE.
David was a founding board member of IBAC (Independent Broker Action Committee) designed to protect rights of independent floor brokers of the NYSE.
David resides on Long Island with his wife and 2 children.

Steven Marcus is an accomplished Finance and Investment Banking Executive with more than 13 years’ experience securing new business, deepening key relationships, developing strategies for the execution of trades, creating strategic partnerships, and increasing revenues for premier financial services companies. Mr. Marcus holds NASD Series 7, 24, 55 & 63 licenses. He is an Equity Trader / Market Maker with extensive market knowledge and broad based expertise in listed equity, options, OTC, futures and entitlements.
During his 13-year career, Mr. Marcus has advised an array of clients on a broad spectrum of strategic transactions. Prior to becoming a principal at DME Capital, Mr. Marcus was an Associate Director with the investment banking firm Program Trading where he was responsible for advising companies in the execution of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, fairness opinions, IPOs and distressed asset sales. His clients have included Fortune 100, mid- and small-cap public firms and a broad array of privately owned businesses.
Mr. Marcus attended the University of Maryland where he obtained his BA in Economics. He resides in New York, NY with his wife Marianna of six years.

MATTHEW GRACI, Co-President

Matthew Graci serves as Co-President of DME Capital. Mr. Graci's main responsibility at DME Capital is trading execution. Matt utilizes an approach that has enabled DME to attain large blocks of stock in public companies that have limited liquidity all the while NOT driving the stock price up.
Mr. Graci has been with DME Securities, a broker dealer and a Member of the NYSE, and is responsible for order flow and trading. Matt has extensive experience with small and micro cap companies and utilizes his relationships with money, fund and portfolio managers to execute large block trades.
Matthew began his 'Wall Street' career as a runner on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. In 1987, he joined First Venture Inc., a broker dealer. In 1993 Matthew joined JGM Group and handled all aspects on floor trading. In 2002, Matthew joined DME Securities and is in charge of all floor operations, including execution and transactions for some of the world's most recognized hedge funds and mutual funds.
Matthew resides on Long Island with his wife and 4 children.
